What is the refund policy of Payless BG?
No
show ticket has no value. Please cancel your reservation
if there is a change in your travel plans by calling 800-890-3731
from 9 am – 6 pm EST. Failure to cancel a confirm
booking may result in automatic cancellation of your entire
itinerary.
Cancellation or change penalty is 300 usd. If you paid by
credit/check card refund will be issued within a week of
cancellation. Depending on your bank, refund may take up
to 6 weeks to show as a credit back to your account.
If
you have a paper ticket and you need to cancel it, please
call us to cancel the reservation and ship the ticket back
to Payless BG, 2025 Douglas Ave, Dunedin FL 34698

US. You can also call us from Bulgaria to our Varna number
that rings to our US local number 052/911753. Our Customer
Service Center is open Mon – Fri 9 am to 6pm EST and
on Sat from 9 am - 2pm EST.
